Advantages of Jogging / Running (over Walking? NOT necessarily)

While I’m no marathon runner, lately having taken-up light jogging as a hobby, primarily in absence of an opportunity to swim in the cold winters of Delhi, I feel I can share my experience which perhaps can add some value to you. It helps you think better, get new and fresh ideas, and buoyants your mood in a way that you can implement them.
